We are looking to recruit a Financial Crime Advisory Consultant to join our Financial Services Advisory Practice where you will be working on a wide range of digital transformation and strategic change projects for our Banking partners. As an Industry Consultant you will provides clients with the advice and delivery support that they need with their key projects. Whether it is organising, managing, delivering or setting up solutions we need the very best people to join us.

Role Responsibilities 

• Interpret and translate requirements into viable solutions
• Analyse baseline data on operational performance; identify opportunities for improvements and demonstrate benefits
• Build and maintain effective relationships with project stakeholders, influencing them to achieve the desired outcome and create the necessary level of commitment to enable success
• Manage projects throughout the lifecycle (initiation, resourcing, planning, status reporting, stakeholder management)
• Complete Process Modelling, design and develop service blueprints and product roadmaps, challenging ways of working and present recommendations for improvements
• Prepare and facilitate workshops, collate outputs and progress relevant issues appropriately

• Working in agile delivery teams, adopting agile practices and contributing to agile ceremonies(daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, etc.)
• Working within diverse teams to create an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution to collective goals

Requirements 

• 2-5 years of service change experience in a digital or transformation role
• Business Analysis / Project Management experience within a project delivery environment

• Experience working on and/or delivering technology transformation projects

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation
• Experience working / implementation of Financial Crime solutions like NetReveal, Hotscan, Detica, Actimize or similar solution is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to process and interpret complex data with a high level of numerical literacy
• Experience of process modelling with tools such as ARIS, Blueworks and MS Visio also preferred
• Experience of working on project management tools like MS Project, JIRA preferred
• Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams
• Relevant third level qualification
