About the Role: B2B Key Account Manager who will be responsible to increase Paytm’s presence in existing accounts.
 
Expectations/ Requirements:
1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on customer acquisition and increasing penetration in existing customers
2. To conduct independent business meetings with prospective clients
3. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
4. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
5. Be responsible for the P&L for the assigned accounts

1. High level of drive, initiative, and self-motivation
2. Ability to take internal and external stakeholders along
3. Understanding of Technology and User Experience
4. Good negotiation skills
5. Growth Mindset
6. Stakeholder management – working in internal teams to drive numbers
7. Willingness to experiment and improve Channel management 
 
Education: Graduation/Post-Graduation Preferred
