Opening for International  Voice Process in US Shift for BIG MNC

Job Description –

Being the primary contact person in the HR Team for a US Company.
Screening candidate profile & scheduling interview post talking to them
Document verification of candidates & pre – onboarding follow up with yet to join candidates

Work Timing – US Shift ( would include only rotational night shifts )

Mode – Only Work From Office

Job Location – Sarjapur in Bangalore  (Candidates applying should be staying within 30kms from Sarjapur…..pick & drop facility would be available)

Eligibility – Excellent English Communication is must

Nature – Contract to Hire (While this is a Contract 2 Hire role, the possibility of On-boarding on Client payroll may happen in case of exceptional performance and a business need at our Clients end)

Requirements

•  Need Excellent in Communication skill.
  
•    Good Knowledge in Customer Handling.
  
•     Basic Knowledge in HR Domain. 
  
•     Candidate need to be ok with  Night shift.
  
•     Immediate joiner would get
  preferable. 
  

Salary- CTC 40000 + Other. ( depends on last CTC and
experience) 

Shift- Only Night shift ( US Shift Timing)

         5 days working days and 2 days
Rotational week off.

         Company provide you Both side cab
facility. 

Notice period: 10 days maximum.

Only Bangalore to Bangalore base candidate can apply.

Now it's WFH but depend on situation need to ok with RTO policy. 

Qualification-   Only Graduate can apply.
