Must have experience in Database support
Experience in ITIL process and RCA process.
Experienced in Database tools & Utilizes
Support more than 3000 Database instances globally, including mission and business application depending on the service
Perform regular business activities in addition to responsibilities for people management, Appraisals, workflow, training, and performance of controls
Experienced in Ticket Quality and Audit. Dashboard & reporting
Play a key role in facilitating communication between functional teams, sharing knowledge and good practice
Lead and foster the team dynamics, often providing resource strategy input and focus on process and performance efficiency
Responsible for analysis, change and continuous improvement as well as the first or second level escalation point for the team
Proactively escalate and takes steps to substantially mitigate risk issues within and outside of direct main business area
Responsible for building, fostering, and managing relationships with relevant stakeholders (internal and/or external) and around the more time critical, complex or regulated tasks
Experience working with international teams

An in-depth knowledge of Database (Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL, etc.)
