Job Description

Provide remote technical support for resolution of customer IT problems,incidents, issues, requests and queries. Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues on time. Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation,tracking and follow up of all incidents. Primary responsibilities a refocused on customer contact, not transaction processing.


Requirements

  • Strong analytical capabilities, ability to interpret data, and provides 

business recommendations to mitigate business and operational 

risks 

  • Flexible to work in 24*7 model – flexible shift and week offs
