Your responsibilities: 

  • First and second-level user support – software and hardware;
  • Installing, configuring, and repairing end-user computers and equipment;
  • Managing computer assets in CMDB

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or student in Computer Science, or equivalent experience in a related field;
  • Operating systems – Microsoft Windows and Linux;
  • Application software installation and troubleshooting;
  • Basic networking knowledge – TCP/IP, Cisco IOS;
  • Basic Microsoft Active Directory knowledge;
  • Ability to understand, analyze and resolve user’s problems;
  • Ability to understand, analyze and resolve computer hardware and software problems;
  • Good MS office skills (Excel, Word, etc.);
  • Good communication skills;
  • Self-motivated, with ability to improve technical solutions and processes;
  • Fluent English language (written and spoken).
