Job Purpose

This position is responsible for the design and execution of the national industry associations strategy for Vi enterprise business. This position will build and channelized necessary resources to meet assigned objectives and to gain market share in the Indian Enterprise ecosystem through partnership building

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • To build & implement a strategic road map for the Startup segment with an objective of creating a robust business over a period
  • LRP preparation and Achieve Revenue target as per DB
  • To design and implement alliances business by closely associating with Industry leaders and create value proposition for Vi enterprise customers.
  • To plan, budget, deliver segment revenues and contribution margins over a planning horizon.
  • To participate in building a product and service agenda for the segment
  • Achieve Revenue target as per DB
  • Build a collaboration framework with appropriate industry bodies for revenue generation & brand salience
  • To build industry specific account plans & identify industry specific need areas for telecom based solutions
  • To set up processes and systems for the segment along with the industry partner to exploit opportunities & deliver the revenues
  • Develop & implement product campaigns along with the industry bodies to their members
  • Support the circles to build local tie ups with alliances, set and drive revenue targets

 

Key performance indicators:

  • No. of alliances established with Industry entities ( Associations & other organisations) at national and circle levels
  • Product penetration within the industry associations
  • Build-up of revenue from  industry specific telecom product bundles  
  • Segment Revenue & Contribution Margin

  • Commercial / P & L Knowledge
  • Understanding of business modelling & planning

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications

  • MBA
  • Elec. & Comms. Engineer – Preferred
