Fault Management of SIP Trunking and PRI issues, Second Level Escalations. LD Network built, Integration of Elements, Acceptance Testing of enterprises voice elements. Supporting and interacting with SNOC team, Product team, Configuration team, Performance team, Planning team & Circle teams. |
