Key Result Areas/Accountabilities |
Franchisee Lead must have good experience of Channel Management starting with identification, shortlisting, finalizing and driving business from existing & new. Driving business through B2C & B2B sales of Postpaid, Prepaid, Cloud products, ensuring channel profitability & stability. Increase CMS & MARPU from acquired customers. High T4M & T6M retention of customers. Competition tracking and benchmarking. Uniform customer experience by means of high TNPS scores, good EQ scores. Improve Digital adaption.
