Monitor disclosure developments and ensures compliance with the relevant rules
Manage interpretations of new requirements by policy teams, liaising with them to ensure our disclosures are complete and in line with the regulator’s intentions
Work closely with Group Regulatory Reporting colleagues to run a smooth reporting and disclosures process over quarter ends
Write and review commentary and other qualitative information in the Pillar 3 and our capital adequacy disclosures
Address ad hoc senior management comments and queries quickly and effectively
Ensure that the outputs are of a high quality, and prepared in accordance with PRA policies, and are applied consistently across the sites
Escalate/identify risks and provide options for resolution/mitigation
Will have line management duties.
Perform project work on areas such as disclosure development and reporting acceleration.
