Deloitte’s SA&MA- Analytics & Cognitive practice can help you uncover and unlock the value buried deep inside vast amounts of data. Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage. Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.

Work you’ll do

As a Manager/Associate Director in our Consulting team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications required

• A strong program manager with over 12 years of experience in enterprise MDM implementations.

• Strong experience of MDM implementation in Material Master, Product and Customer master

• Strong experience of setting up and executing MDM programs from scratch.

• Preferred tool background is Informatica MDM.

• Good to have an understanding of MDM implementations for SAP.

• Should have background in data integration projects and hands on experience in managing risks and interdependencies with upstream and downstream applications

• Domain knowledge of Supply chain operations is good to have.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are a must.

• Is accountable for project workstream deliverables and oversees project timelines, scope documents and other project documentation

• Has oversight for project execution plan, collaborating with project sponsors and stakeholders on project definition, resources, risk assessment and planning as required (needs to have experience in planning and managing project budgets)

• Reviews status of project and prepares/updates status reports for Director + level stakeholders

• Communicates progress and escalates key decisions, issues, risks, and opportunities as required to achieve project objectives and deliverables

• Work closely with the Sponsor, management/functional leaders to overcome obstacles to project success.

• Ability and willingness to support global time zones and participate in meetings to accommodate global stakeholders in Asia, Europe and US.

• Notice period flexibility: Immediate to 45 days.
