Job Purpose

Team Member at Zonal Location to ensure the key network KPIs and Support to sales and central team

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Improve Service KPIs and CXX ( Customer Perception )
  • Information Bridge between Field and Central team on field deliverables and expectations.
  • Early correction of any Service Degradation and Proactive approach to avoid the Network issues
  • Customer Complaint Resolution
  • Support Sales ZBM and team on any zonal issues
  • Golden Route and Hot Spot Management
  • Manage Special Events

  • Theoretical and Practical working RF knowledge of 4G/3G/2G to sustain and improve the Voice and Data KPIs
  • RF associated working knowledge of Tx and Core Nodes
  • Customer Complaint Troubleshooting

Must have technical / professional qualifications

•             Essential : BE – Electronics & Communication/Electronics Engineering

•             Work ex  : Atleast 3 – 5 years in any operator or 1st Class Vendor
