Job Purpose

This role will be accountable for handling EMF, SACFA and MRO compliance of the network. The candidate must coordinate with statutory bodies like TERM cell, TRAI, SACFA members on matters related with EMF, SACFA, MRO and TRAI reporting.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

EMF self-certification in new and upgrade category for network rollouts and upgrades in every technologies with DoT compliance.

SACFA application filing and obtaining clearance for network rollout and carrier additions in all technologies.

Handling EMR audit by TERM cell and ensuring EMF compliance.

Liaising with TERM officials and MIS maintenance

Co-ordinate with industry peers/IP vendors for EMF compliance

Ensure absolute compliance to national and local – regulatory and legal requirements such as SACFA, local Admin, WPC, WMO, DoT.

Minimum rollout obligation compliance by registering BHQ/DHQ towns and successful completion of final test certificate.

Tracking and record keeping of SACFA and EMF details of on-air BTSs.
