Job Purpose

  • Build up sales and service infrastructure through identifying quality channel partners, retain them by ensuring profitability.
  • Responsible for customer service through higher TNPS/EQ, sales and revenue targets across all products (voice – postpaid/ prepaid, data etc.)
  • Achievement of key targets (Revenue, RoI) for FOFO channel
  • Execution of all strategies and plans for the FOFO channel

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

 

  • Ownership of revenue targets for FOFO channel
  • Accountability for overall FOFO channel profitability
  • Expansion of franchise channel- Identification & recruitment of FOFO channel Partners
  • Monthly reviews and planning for FOFO with regular updates to the Retail Lead
  • Team conflict resolution
  • Coaching and training of franchisee owners/CREs
  • Regulatory compliance
