Job Purpose

To manage the profitability of the company owned store

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Sales
1. Achieve sales target for all products (Voice-Post-paid/ prepaid, enterprise Products / Solutions etc.) at a VodafoneIdea store

2.Ensure and monitor quality of acquisition through the store
Revenue

   – Deliver revenue targets for the store by driving Plan upgrade, Prepaid Recharges, Premium Numbers sales etc

  -Increase revenue per footfall by aiding customers purchase decisions
Return of Investment
   –  Achieve profitability (Return on investment) targets for the store
   –  Maximise Savings on operational cost by Minimizing losses from pilferage (wastage) and shrinkage (unidentified losses)
Customer Service
-Manage churn and achieve customer satisfaction for walk-in customers

On-board customers on digital platforms and encourage usages by educations
Store Management
     –Ensure adherence to store processes in terms of Cash Management, documentation and systems
     -Ensure infrastructure / store upkeep in prescribed conditions
     -Maintain availability of stock at the store while adhering to norms
     -Ensure appropriate placement of pop-ups and marketing displays at store

Marketing
     -Execute marketing, branding and promotion activities
     -Ensure fliers/ brand POS are available at store

Must have technical / professional qualifications

  • Graduate with P&L Management skills.  
  • 2-3 years of work experience in Retail Industry
  • Store Management & Customer Relationship Management
