Should be an expert with rich experience in projects and corporate Strategies planning which play a pivotal role in developing strategies for the organizations.

Candidate Possessing strong team building, communication and interpersonal skills enabling to deftly establish and maintain productive and strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

Major work streams involve:

  • Market intelligence Act as single point of truth for FSP to capture macro-economic parameters, market intelligence, market share and a complete "outside-in" view relevant for the business

  • Strategic marketing and BD efforts Work with the BD leaders to identify the end-verticals/regions for growth initiatives; Perform market opportunities through market sizing, peer/product benchmarking, identifying the product gaps and developing GTM scorecards, evaluating channel strategy to aid in recommending the sales, BD, and marketing efforts

  • Support M&A activities – Continuous efforts on M&A pipeline rationalization by NBU/Region followed by target assessment, business case development, synergy and risk assessment

  • Project management – Program manage execution of strategy projects driven by strategy/marketing/sales or product management teams

Strategic Planning

Reporting into Head of Strategy, collaborated with senior leadership of company on strategic matters and worked on critical projects driven by them.

Formulated strategic plan for the company focusing on attracting new clients and streamlining operational processes.

Published monthly dashboard for executive leadership providing snapshot of bottom-line analysis and impact of projects

Analytics and Modelling

Should Managed a team of 15+ members in Business Analytics and Intelligence

Incubated Customer and Marketing Analytics capabilities in the areas of Experimentation, A/B Testing, Proportion Testing, Apriori algorithm, Hierarchical clustering, K-means clustering and segmentationSpearheaded a project to improve operation processes.

Assisted senior executives in annual budgeting, contract negotiations and P&L management

Analyzed the risk associated with each account and estimated the probability of payments by customers by building analytical models using various account characteristics
