About the team: Drives and Grows the Revenue for one's portfolio of accounts in the region, through various payment and merchant services.
About the role: As a Assistant Manager – Service Operations, the primary responsibility will be to
own the service related operations of Enterprise Merchants Helpdesk. The individual will single
handedly required to solve all merchant related queries in defined service SLA’s.
Expectations/ Requirements:
● Creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture
● Cohesively work with a lot of people, across functions and teams every day
● Solve all merchant escalations in defined TAT/SLA’s
● Manage initiatives that are driven centrally & are required to be implemented on ground to bring
out efficiency in ground operations
● Track Program/Project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short-
and long-term goals
● Should be a hardcore People Manager
● Smart thinking and clear communication
● Use and continually develop leadership skills
