About the team: Bank Channel team drives business sourcing through banks by managing the relationship with banking partners, their Regional Heads & branch teams. This Team is responsible for pitching the holistic Paytm Product Suite as an offering to partner banks & generate business through the Bank Channel / Branches. 
 
About the role: This role is under Bank Alliances Sales team who build the business through relationship management with branches of partner Banks & other Partnerships.  National Sales Manager will drive large teams, broader geographies & should be proficient in building new relationships with new bankers & generate maximum business to drive the business targets. The role will also liaison between BD team and his own team. 
 
Expectations/ Requirements:
 
1. Handling Team of Bank Alliances personnel who will be responsible for on boarding merchants utilizing relationships with branches of SFB, Co-op Bank, PSU, and Private Banks etc.
2. Creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture
3. Cohesively work with many people, across functions and teams every day
4. Collaborative with inter departments to drive POS / Payment Gateway / Sound box / QR & other business 
5. Engagement management with partner banks, Marketing Strategy, RTM/GTM, Escalation Management, Cross-Selling opportunities  
6. Develop Local strategies / Programs / initiatives to build relationships & scale business
7. Track Program/AOP performance, specifically to ensure achievement of short- and long-term goals
8. Should be abreast with Developments in the Payment Domain
9. Negotiation Skills
10. Candidate should be a professional networker, with effective strategic & analytical planning and inter-personal skills.

Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in management/ MBA / PGDM
