JOB DESCRIPTION
Were looking for Lead .NET Developer to be a part of a skilled, results-oriented team. We've been developing web applications based on custom needs for our esteemed clients, and we want someone with as much passion for the .NET as we have. If you have a good base of technical skills with experience in leading the team, you may be the person were looking for.
JOB PURPOSE
Be involved in Application Design, Development, Enhancement, Software Integration using industry standard software engineering process models.
Develop application using MVC 5, .Net Core, Web API as per need/client-specifications.
This is a hands-on role which involves writing code, unit-testing, and deploying finished web applications and libraries.
Lead the team from technical front and help them to resolve issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform Requirement Analysis, Gap Analysis as required.
Develop high quality and detailed designs.
Responsible for implementing best coding standards & practices to ensure quality.
Conduct unit testing using automated unit test frameworks.
Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
Expertise in troubleshooting, debugging the code and resolve the issues. Upgrading the software.
Identify risks well ahead of time and come-up with mitigation strategies.
Conduct configuration of your own work.
Interact & co-ordinate with other development teams.
Review the work of other developers as per established standards and provide feedback.
Guide / Mentor junior team members in the team.
Write technical documentation as may be needed.
Proactive in keeping his/her skills updated.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Overall 8+ years of hands-on development experience in .NET technologies.
Excellent working knowledge of MVC 5, .NET Core, Web API, C#, Entity Framework, LINQ, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery.
Experience in working with source control solutions like GIT.
Experience in leading the team, resolving their issues, providing technical support to the team, mentoring or guiding team.
Soft Skills: Customer facing with excellent communication, analytical skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude.
Experience on AZURE (AD/AD B2C, Logic Apps, Function Apps, App Services, BLOBS, Storage Services) would be an added advantage.
EDUCATION
Minimum education: Preferably B.E., BTech, MCA.
Languages: English written & spoken
