- Responsibility to Manage and improvise Wireless Network environment
- Responsible to carry out the Wireless troubleshooting on Networks
- Handling P1/P2 incidents effectively of Wireless Network
- Ensure earlier resolution to the issues to meet SLA
- Ensure hardening & patching of Wireless devices(Cisco and Aruba) meet compliance standards
- Following up with Vendors, Partners hardware & software whenever required & resolve issues by minimizing downtimes
- Work on the Change, Service request and Incidents as per ITIL process
- End to end Implementation of Wireless network devices, related appliances.
- Hands-on experience on Cisco/Aruba Wireless LAN Controller and Access point is must.
- Hands-on experience on Network protocols like HSRP, VLANS, STP, OSPF, BGP and MPLS are added advantages.
- Hands-on Experience on Aruba and ENTERASYS L3/L2 switches and WAN Routers are added advantages
- Hands on experience on managing device through CLI & GUI both
- Understanding of Enterprise level of Network Operations

- Excellent customer facing communication skills, customer support and knowledge of ITIL best practices.
- Advanced experience and proven knowledge in different network Wireless products likes (CISCO and Aruba).
- Advanced networking troubleshooting skills and extensive knowledge of web connectivity and Wireless protocols.
- Experience deploying and supporting Wireless Controller and Access points.
Experience
- 8 years of related experience in Wireless
- Certification – Cisco Professional (Wireless ) or Aruba Professional
