Follow the Opening & Closing checklist and ensure all necessary items are available.
Regeneration of Food
Manage and control Packaging Wastage & ensuring reduction in mismatch & missing items
Conduct daily inventory check for all necessary items such as Veg/ Non-veg stickers, packaging materials, gas cylinders etc.
Managing Brain maire & Rational Oven,preparation of food garnishing Items
Conduct daily shelf-life check for items like desserts and beverages for FIFO (First in First out to ensure minimum wastage.
Receiving and storage of Food items from PK & ensure basic hygiene is in place.
Responsible for food items packaging, to check tags and add-ons to ensure delivery of expected items as per customer order.
In case of stock-outs, reach out to the CC teams through DEs for updating and replacement of items to ensure minimisation
of dispatch related errors
