Your Role:

As a Product Supply Manager, you will have the opportunity to discover P&G's technologies & standards which are worldly recognized. We will help you to build your capabilities through the job experience, mentoring and training.

You are likely to be placed in one of the below functions:

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as interface to interpret and understand language of both PC&IS as well as Process Engineering
  • Owns Process Control Strategy development for an Initiative (SIMPL)/ Program (FEI)
  • Implement DSC-AI / Spark program tools into the initiative/ program
  • Define What, how to measure and how to Automates
  • Develop relevant measurement techniques, leveraging existing instrumentation infra-structure
  • Interface with IT resources in charge of Data Warehouses (IT needed to set and manage databases)
  • Owns Digital Methods development (translation from physical methods)
  • Regional owner for on-going improvement and maintenance of Q1T system (EDS, etc.). Owns CR process.
  • Own development of control loops in the region
  • Develop auto tracking scope for the region

Qualifications

Skills

  • Understand quality requirements (FCs, QACs, CCPs) and standards  (IQOQPQ, PCS SOP, & CBA)
  • Process Transformation understanding and leverage PMDI thinking
  • Great collaboration with key partners (Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Clear Communication to drive change 
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Intermediate/Advanced Data Analysis
  • Understand Data transformation requirements
  • Understand system capabilities and be up-to date on state-of-art instrumentation
  • Become Expert in Proficy (Historian, QA, etc)
  • VBAI programming skills to supervise external contractors
