About the team: 
The Merchant Products Team is responsible for building  products and solutions for Offline or Online merchants. The product suite includes merchant onboarding, merchant engagements via App – Paytm for Business, merchant communications,  products related to merchant helpdesk and device servicing, and field sales product GG App including Field Sales Management (CRM), Agent engagements and fulfillment flows.
About the role: 
Create module and conduct trainings in groups or individual sessions based on staff and organizational requirements. Maintain reports circle wise and measure effectiveness post 0 to 30 days of conducting refresher, complete daily tracking, including end of day course evaluation and trainee assessments, Research product information for each account assigned by attending team meetings and periodic calibrations sessions, side by side observations, and call monitoring for training department purposes
Expectations/ Requirements:
1. Ability to prepare training content and assessment based on identified training needs and provide information regarding products and services.
2.Profound knowledge of various banking and service delivery regulations.
3.Coordinate and conduct tannings in group and individual sessions based on staff and organizational learning requirements.
4. Provided assessments to employees and design training programs to address identified issues to improve KRA for NHT Batches.
5. Establish relationship with design team to learn design methodology and become familiar with
learner and facilitator guide standards
6. Maintain updated course and training evaluations for management review
7. Training need analysis (TNA) and implementation by working closely with the Quality Department
8. Demonstrate effective presentation skills
9. Ability to interact with internal stakeholders and represent training function at a process level.
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
1. Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience as Process Trainer.
2.Basic understanding of MS office, required for maintaining training reports.
