About the role:
We at Paytm , looking for individuals who will be responsible for leveraging our data to improve our products/functions. If you are data oriented and have prior experience in New Product Development, Paytm is the right place for you.
 
Expectations:
Creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture
·         Develop PRDs, Product Roadmaps and work with various cross-functional stakeholders.
·         Setting up metrics for measuring product/functional performance and responsible for tracking its improvement. Standardising the metric definition.
·         Measure impact of experiments related to function, analysing and helping in course correction.
·         Recommending product improvements based on analytical findings. Defining new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve performance.
·         Analytical articulation of a business or operations problem statement and using data analysis to understand the complexity of the problem and broad contours of potential solution(s).
·         Becoming the domain champion of the product/function with clear data-driven understanding of how our users interact with our product.
