About the role: We are looking for Product Managers who work closely with business as well as other stakeholders including compliance, legal, operations, risk, Product team, etc. to identify the products required to be built and ensure alignment with key stakeholders.
Expectations/Requirements:
· Support Business Head in creating awesome products that our customer love and engage with along with Revenue responsibility.
· Performance analysis, peer benchmarking, business case for new products, features or changes in commercial structures.
· Keep a digital first approach and Build Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), get internal approvals and engage with respective Product Team to build great digital journeys and experiences.
· Engage and partner with all internal stakeholders, including Operations, Risk, Compliance, Growth and Marketing and Legal, to drive KPIs for respective product(s).
· Engage with Growth and Marketing team to design and implement effective growth campaigns
· Build, engage and improve collaboration with channel partners and other external stakeholders
· Review regulatory guidelines related to the respective product along with compliance, risk, legal and adapt the product to the regulatory requirements

· Analytical skills. Great Excel skills and ability to create revenue and cost models will come in handy
· Collaborative approach – ability to work cohesively with multiple internal and external stakeholder
· Sound understanding of Banking and NBFC ecosystem; Prior experience working with CASA account management background will be preferable.
