About the team: The Merchant Products Team is responsible for building products and solutions for Offline or Online merchants. Paytm has about 22 Million registered merchants in their ecosystem. The merchants accept payments from their customers via various pay modes namely QR, Soundbox, Card Machine, Payment Gateways or Payment Links.The product suite includes merchant onboarding, merchant engagements via App – Paytm for Business, merchant communications, products related to merchant helpdesk and device servicing, and field sales product GG App including Field Sales Management (CRM), Agent engagements and fulfillment flows.
About the role: Are you someone who loves to build products and also gets curious about technology stack being used? Have you worked in technical roles at some point in your career and enjoyed them (be it software developer, engineering manager or architect)? We are looking for Product Owners to enable delivery of high quality financial/payment products in a fast-paced, challenging, and creative environment. You will work with business heads and engineering partners to drive the strategy, roadmap, execution of a product area to build high quality products/systems.
Job Brief & Responsibilities:
· Define the market opportunity, strategize and build product roadmaps to achieve both short and long term goals
· Atleast 3 to 4 years of experience in product management (preferably worked on B2B products, CRMs and Salesforce CRM), fintech experience would be a plus. Should have experience in Merchant products
· Ability to influence business partners, regulators as well as external parties to be able to arrive at the most optimum product solutions
· Able to drive end to end product roadmap – from planning, execution to impact assessment
· Define the go-to market strategy and launch new product features in the market

· Must be a proven performer and team player that enjoy challenging assignments in a high-energy, fast growing and start-up workplace
· Must be a self-starter who can work well with minimal guidance and in a fluid environment
Superpowers that will help you succeed in this role:
· MS or BS/B.Tech in computer science or equivalent experience from top college
