About the role: Are you someone who loves to build products and also gets curious about technology stack being used? Have you worked in technical roles at some point in your career and enjoyed them (be it software developer, engineering manager or architect)? We are looking for Product Owners to enable delivery of high quality financial/payment products in a fast-paced, challenging, and creative environment. You will work with business heads and engineering partners to drive the strategy, roadmap, execution of a product area to build high quality products/systems.
Job Brief & Responsibilities:
Lead the development of the product vision, strategy and roadmap
Create consensus for the product vision both internally and with key UX, dev and cross functional partners
Work closely with software engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver features
Manage delivery of current products concurrently with future product planning
Actively identify and resolve strategic issues that may affect the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
Strong attention to detail and end-to-end ownership
Must be able to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities
Strong verbal/written communication & data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
Desired skills:
Passionate about building world class products on the web/mobile
Work experience in the internet/e-commerce industry is preferred
Superpowers that will help you succeed in this role:
MS or BS/B.Tech in computer science or equivalent experience from top college, Industry experience of 6-8yrs.
Superior organization, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Must be a proven performer and team player that enjoy challenging assignments in a high-energy, fast growing and start-up workplace
Must be a self-starter who can work well with minimal guidance and in a fluid environment
