About the team:
Offline Payment vertical caters to our merchant partners by offering them products like QR code, Soundbox, EDC and Loans. Paytm has been a pioneer in merchant space by introducing innovative solutions like QR codes to accept payments and Sound-box to recon payments by voice alerts. We are also distributing loans to these partners via our 'Paytm for Business' App.
 
About the role:
We are looking for Product Managers who work closely with business as well as other stakeholders including Tech, Engineering, Product team, etc. to identify the products required to build and ensure alignment with key stakeholders.
 
Expectations/Requirements:
·       Support Business Head in creating awesome products that our customer love and engage with along with Revenue responsibility.
·       Ability to understand different technology platforms, their features and be able to work with solution architects/engineering leads and write detailed product requirement documents, manage future roadmaps and deliverables
·       Keep a digital first approach and build Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), get internal approvals and engage with respective Product Team to build great digital journeys and experiences
·       Ability to work with multiple stakeholders / senior management / cross-functional teams to influence them for quicker decisions, manage sudden technical roadblocks and be able to clear them.  
·       Engage with Growth and Marketing team to design and implement effective growth campaigns
·       Be involved in what your team is building – Run edge cases, test products proactively and its features to provide feedback early in the cycle, make sure entire journeys are covered, and that product reporting exists to track KPIs for the product and its success

·       Sound understanding of Merchant ecosystem; Prior experience working as a Product Manager with a Payment/Payment Solutions companies.
·       Analytical skills. Great Excel skills and ability to create revenue and cost models will come in handy..
