About the Role:
Are you someone who loves to build products and also gets curious about technology stack being used? Have you worked in technical roles at some point in your career and enjoyed them (be it software developer, engineering manager or architect)? We are looking for Product Owners to enable delivery of high quality financial/payment products in a fast-paced, challenging, and creative environment. You will work with business heads and engineering partners to drive the strategy, roadmap, execution of a product area to build high quality products/systems.

The app product team ensures to deliver an outstanding user experience to the Paytm Customers by understanding the user, discerning their use patterns, and designing an app that meets their user's needs.
 
Expectations/Requirements:
·       As a Growth Product Manager, you will create and own the product roadmap, align it with the business vision, work closely with the customers to understand their requirements, and collaborate with the product development team to execute this roadmap.
·       Own the customer funnel right from the website down to conversion and user activation.
·       Propose and implement product hooks that drive account expansion.
·       Define and set product direction for growth through an understanding of ongoing customer needs combining with quantitative and qualitative market research.
·       Take ownership of key growth metrics and work closely with the leadership, as well as design, engineering, and marketing teams to achieve our growth goals.
·       Identify user acquisition channels for organic user growth and innovate on growth loops.
·       Develop a strong quantitative and qualitative understanding of growth opportunities within the Omnify platform.
·       Integrate usability studies and user research into the product development process to create the best user experience.
·       Capture insights from growth test successes and failures and communicate them to the broader team.
·       Deliver product experiences that delight our users and demonstrate a meaningful impact on growth acceleration.
·       Passionately own all aspects of the product from conception, and drive it through development testing, acceptance, and adoption.
·       Demonstrate a deep understanding of market and technology trends and competitive landscape.
 
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
·       Bachelor’s degree in engineering from reputed institutions would be preferable, computer science and/or related field
·       Product Management experience in a well-known consumer internet company with a million+ user base or a fintech start-up or an Ex-Entrepreneur.
·       Have a successful track record of conceptualizing, managing, and scaling up consumer products from scratch; building user friendly products; demonstrating design thinking and managing multiple priorities in a highly dynamic environment.
·       Solutions orientated within a high-energy and fast-paced work environment
·       Exceptional customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly products and customer-facing features
·       Possess excellent oral, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
