Purpose of the Role

To map, prepare, demonstrate and establish customer value Proposition over the life cycle of the Pro range of Eicher heavy-duty trucks.

  • Understanding the broad perspective of USPs of VECV Solution and its commercial advantages also competitors  
  • Expert understanding- Transport economy calculation
  • Comprehensive view of AM offerings

Area of Responsibility

Live Trials

Responsible for execution of Live Trials targetting accurate (customer-validated) data, superior vehicle performance, professional customer experience, and reporting. Establishing CVP for target customers, products and applications. Resolving CVP complaints – Ensure any vehicle performance/ value delivery dispute with a customer is resolved. and secure solution on technical issues if any from Aftermarket.

Support customer for better utilization of truck features

Interviewing customers, fleet managers, and drivers to collate data for OPECO and CPOL studies. Train stakeholders like fleet managers, drivers to ensure the best utilization of the product features. Work with the customer and stakeholders to establish the CVP committed in the business proposal. Train the customer and users in telematics. Handholding to realize the full potential of telematics.Conduct product demos. Help the customer derive benefits from various truck features. Help the customer drive Eicher Telematics.

Support Sales and Dealer teams

Create business proposals. Track and monitor vehicle performance and CVP. Report customer wise profitability. Training dealer PCs.
