PURPOSE (why does the position exist, WITH what objectives and WITHIN what limits)
This position is meant to serve the purpose of being the detailed Engineering activities to ensure that Process Engineering and design work is done with rigour and made error free. Understand the process , prepare the scope and review all process engineering deliverables.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education:  B.E Chemical / M.tech Chemical
Relevant Experience:  8-18 Years
Knowledge Behavioural Skills
R&D Bench scale experimentation, Scale up studies, Pilot Trials  • Customer Focus

• Attention to details & excellent presentation skills

  Process development and Basic Engineering , Create and develop basic engineering package content like PID's MEB's PFD's

  Analyse and examine results from R and D to ensure data sufficiency ,  Recommend special equipment and changes to the process to improve the process 
 
 
 
3  
  Perform sizing estimates and calculations using simulation tools
 
 
 
4  
  Work with R and D during process optimisation and scale up for process development
 
 
 
5  
  Provide assistance to commissioning teams during final plant start-up for troubleshooting and debugging
