R&D Involved in the initial Product development of New Snack variants

Provide timely and effective Seasonings Creation for Project Submissions as per customer requirements Continuously improve flavour quality on short & long term basis at a strategic

Candidate should be Result-oriented professional having experience in Research & Development, New Product Development, Packaging & Labeling, Feasibility Analysis and Quality/ ISO Implementation for all products during launch stage

should have Proven track record in implementing cost saving measures and statutory environmental protection measures to achieve substantial improvements in terms of cost of production, manpower productivity

Successful in managing the new product development function & improving the existing products based on market trends and requirements

MR (ISO-22000) & Food Safety Team Leader with expertise in steering advance planning of procurement functions, involving cost estimation, contract negotiations & finalization for purchase of all services and item

Possess domain expertise in QA/ QC (Quality Unit) operations including conceptualizing, planning and executing various projects by following guidelines for implementing it at plant level such as GMP, GLP (Quality Systems) & documentation for ISO/HACCP

Proficient in ensuring quality of product by using tools of Food Safety & Quality Management System as Validation, Qualification, Risk Analysis as per guidelines

  • Ensured the timely implementation of quality & food safety management strategies in line with FSSAI and other Acts applicable for food processing and packaging
  • Monitored the QA systems to establish standards for receiving of raw & packing materials and tracked production processes to meet organization objectives & customers requirements
  • Initiated, coordinated and implemented the execution of GMPs and GHPs; adhered to the highest level of quality standards as per FSSAI / ISI / Codex & lowered QA and R&D departments costs wherever possible
  • Implemented internal communications for raising awareness of customer requirements, processes & system improvements
  • Directed reporting staff for attainment of individual & reduced product cost, rejections & wastages by implementing corrective & preventive measures
  • Ensured the receipt of quality materials from company vendors as per company quality norms including calibration of measuring instruments as per IFS, ISO & other statutory requirements.

  • Inspected the quality of food products by conducting various chemical, microbiological & sensory tests along with Routine checks of working areas, hygiene, and food contact surfaces, production & packaging lines
  • Prepared SOP and monitored line production along with pre-dispatch checking of finished products along with preparation of pre- dispatch checking & quality control reports as per laid specifications
  • Co-ordinated with all HACCP team members for effective HACCP implementation and food safety management; led verification, validation, correction & maintenance of laboratory records, calibration of lab instruments
