About Team :
Growth marketing team at Paytm performs these critical functions for our platform:
1. Traffic allocation to various growth use cases like payments, commerce, financial services according to user current interest and also propensity to adopt new use cases
2 Enhancing growth as a product platform with real time targeting, building a 360-degree customer profile and enhancing reach through most suitable channels
3. Evangelization of growth amongst various businesses of Paytm and ensuring best practices trickle down to all businesses.
About the role:
1) Handling & resolving all type of promotion related issues
2) Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
3) Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
4) Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
5) Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Expectations/ Requirements:
1. Promo campaign creation
Checking campaign details, understanding the requirement, following the SOP for campaign creation with the defined TAT
2. QC of Promo campaigns:
Checking the campaign created by colleagues, teammates. Checking all the mandatory points to ensure campaigns are configured correctly.
3. Debugging client issues:
Understanding the nature of the complaint, RCA of the complaint if feasible at internal team’s end else escalate to Tech team for resolution. Ensuring customer complaints are resolved within the defined TAT.
4. Stakeholder management
Engaging with various stakeholders (Growth teams/ Techops team/ Finance team/ Clients) to ensuring timely resolution of issues raised.
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
We are looking for candidates who are good at stakeholder management, process oriented and have good problem solving skills. Interest in technology and basic understanding of Campaign Management will be an added advantage.
