Title: QA Automation – Senior QA Engineer

About the team: Promotions team powers all the growth marketing platform needs of Paytm centrally across different businesses. If you are a customer of Paytm, you surely have come across Scratch Cards, Bank & EMI Offers, Orders, Cashbacks, Referrals, Deals/GV/Vouchers, Paytm Points – this is the team that powers it all. All the transactional traffic across Paytm converges to these systems. Scale and complexity is insane, architecture is event based and NRT. We work on modern cutting edge technology and infrastructure.
About the role: Experience in testing of Web/mWeb, mobile app and API. Help in automation as per project needs (UI/API).
Expectations/ Requirements
• 3-6 years of experience
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Automation and Manual Testing.
• 2+ years of experience in Automation, Selenium and Java.
• Should have experience using any framework like – Cucumber / BDD / Any other.
• Experience and hands on with Automation Framework Development using Java
• Thorough knowledge of STLC (Software Test Life Cycle) and software engineering concepts
• e-commerce domain experience is added advantage
• Good understanding of web domain and monitoring tools
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role
• Experience and hands on with Automation Framework Development using Java
• Working Experience of TestNG/Junit/Maven and GIT /Jenkins
• Must have hands on with REST services testing and automation
• Must have experience over SQL/MySQL
