QA Performance – QA Lead

Design and develop performance test plans, and test cases based upon requirements and Customer use cases.

Create and execute JMeter/K6 scripts for performance use cases.

Experience with performance monitoring tools and understanding performance metrics.

Experience in performance analysis at different layers such as Database tuning, JAVA Tuning

Conduct performance analysis and report findings to product teams and senior management.

Collaborate effectively with peer engineers and architects to solve complex problems spanning their respective areas to deliver end-to-end performance quality in our technology and customer experience.

Understand business use cases, internal/external performance Benchmarks, debugging performance issues, designing automation framework, decision making on issues, technical assistance in performance

Analysis and tuning DB/OS etc.Influences development team to ensure appropriate levels of Performance quality on owned technologies.

BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar technical degree

6+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering

Should have expertise in Load Testing, Stress, Endurance, availability, capacity, and resilience testing.Strong experience with commercial and open-source code profiling tools (JProfiler, JVisualVM, JMC, etc.)

Knowledge of one or more languages e.g. Python, Java, JavaScript, etc. A strong skill set in JavaScript is preferred.Experience in performance, scalability, and fault tolerance testing using JMeter, K6, Locust, etc

Should have strong experience in performance monitoring tools and Thread / Heap Dump Analysis.High-level skill in linux commands, system monitoring commands, and shell scripting.

Live monitoring tool expertise is preferred (Grafana, Influx DB, telegraf)Experience in performance analysis and tuning of anyone database such as Oracle, My SQL, and MS SQLShould be able to understand system scalability concepts and develops methodologies to validateExperience working in an Agile development environment

Analytical and problem-solving attitude along with a flexible approach towards work and ability to move across roles

Analyze the performance test results and identify the performance bottleneck.
