About the Job:

Responsibilities:

· Doing hardcore sourcing and recruitment mainly for BPO Clients.

· Hiring for all Junior, Middle, and Senior level positions

· Doing interview lineups and proper follow-ups with the candidates.

· Sourcing candidates as per JD's provided by the clients.

· Is well seasoned with bulk-hiring


Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Excellent in English Communication both verbal and written

· Is comfortable with High target chasing on a monthly basis.

· Has done recruitment for BPO companies

· Is experienced with lot of outbound/ cold calling on a daily basis
