About the team: 
The team works on managing the supply chain, logistics & refurbishment of sound box & EDC Devices.
About the role: 
Working as Refurbishment Lead for Soundbox/POS Devices as plant head. Managing day to day activity, including Operations & Cost Optimization.
Expectations/ Requirements:
●  Exposure to various electrical/ electronic products  manufacturing process
●  Manage day to day Engineering Activities (Quality, IE, Lean manufacturing, Maintenance and Process
improvement)
● Design effective control mechanism for effective operations
● Optimize the Line set up
●  Identify gaps and improve the efficiency of the Operation process
●  ESD Awareness, Safety Awareness, Lean Manufacturing 
● Control over MFR (Manufacturing/ Repair Failure Rate) through effective failure analysis
● Able to do material planning and controlling  WIP
● Have understanding of parts development process and ability to procure and negotiate with
material/parts suppliers
● Able to identify the need of Capital purchases and associated costing with various combinations
● Able to Improve Quality assurance by reducing MFR (Manufacturing Failure Rate)
● Facility Management, Aware of Factory laws and Statutory compliances
● Direct Labour (DL) & Indirect Labour (IDL) Induction, Skill Certification, Re-skilling I Up-skilling
● Program manage initiatives that are driven centrally for Technology improvements
● Track Program/Project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-
term goals
● Use and continually develop leadership skills
