Role: Regional Marketing Lead – General Manager
Location- Delhi/Mumbai/Bangalore
Responsibilities:
Strategically focus on how each marketing campaign maps against company goals and drives impactful results for the business
Handling the day-to-day media agency activities
Strategizing on the media fundamentals like benchmarks, CPRP's, etc with the media agency
Increasing the brand share of voice, growing the inbound sales channels, generating qualified leads, tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all activities are in line with our brand identity and guidelines
Making & maintaining a media archive with all plans, presentations,execution & recon reports on regular basis
Developing media strategies, tactical & long term campaigns
Collaborating cross functionally to ensure teams are in know of planned campaigns
Building strategic relationships and partner with internal stakeholders, key industry players, media houses, agencies and vendors
Monitor and track competition with regard to marketing activities
Eligibility Criteria:
8+ years of strong experience in FMCG sector into Shopper Marketing in the FMCG / Telecom sector
Bachelor's degree is a must
Dynamic, analytical and creative professional with proven performance success in marketing (ATL & BTL led campaigns)
Relevant experience determining a target audience and building awareness campaigns to capture their attention, keep them engaged and instigate action leading to conversion
A sense of aesthetics and a love for great visuals with clear messaging
Superb stakeholder management skills, adept as providing strategic communications
The ability to think on your feet, and to digest information quickly to determine the appropriate way forward, breaking through any jargon to deliver clear messaging
