Job Purpose
This position is responsible for testing, monitoring quality and handling operations requirements related to Dealer Management System (DMS)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform the detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide the appropriate system solutions
- Identify, interpret and validate the requirement documents from business.
- Prepare the documents for functional design and test cases
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
- Perform the master data reconciliation for domestic and international projects
- Monitor the daily interfaces and identify the issues
- Identify the gaps and issues in the existing process and suggest the work around solutions
- Proactively identify and propose business process or system enhancements
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
- Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
Work Experience
Education
Bachelor of Engineering / Technology
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support
- Sound knowledge in SD Modules and DMS
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
- Understanding of accounting business processes
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
- Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues
