Job Purpose

The Resource – Retail Finance will be responsible for providing Retail finance support to the Regional Team. The incumbent will manage the end-to-end portfolio of New Business right from login till the disbursement. He/ she will Introduce and activate customized finance schemes for maintaining a competitive advantage and ensure customers benefit out of company schemes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with senior officials of Banks and NBFC’s and build relationships at regional and branch level
  • Work closely with dealership managers, retail finance executives and monitor proposal movements
  • Participate in Strategic Planning with sales team and reduce turnaround time from enquiry to retail thereby providing a competitive advantage in sales facilitation
  • Monitor the Monthly Performance of the Business and generate important MIS which directly support business decisions
  • Utilize Finance Partners network for generating leads and additional retails opportunity through referral from financiers
  • Follow-up to ensure timely disbursement and easy fund flow at Dealerships, fast resolution of escalated pay-out queries and pay-out release to dealers as per terms & conditions
  • Gather information on customers and market to develop competitive intelligence and convert key customers, new customers and contractors from our database
  • Develop product specific marketing campaigns and field activities to increase penetration in rural areas by studying the strategic and competitive prospect
  • Ensure dealerships have dedicated teams with retail finance capabilities by building and training team members including training on the adoption of Digital Finance Marketplace/ online financing facility
  • Track Financier wise Rejection Ratio at Dealership level and adherence to SOP for escalation & resolution of rejection cases
  • Support the implementation of Customer scheme sheet/ Finance Tracker across dealerships to target open inquiries & bookings conversion and speedy loans processing thereby enhancing customer purchasing decision
  • Collate information to promote GMA /Apparels as bundle buying solution with finance option
  • Work with finance companies to promote higher funding program by maximizing number of customers in higher tenure loan period and offer low down-payment to customers for higher conversion of sales
  • Establish additional National level finance partners in RE Dealerships by providing finance option through Local Tie ups at state Level with PSU/Gramin/Local & Cooperative Banks in each state thereby increasing finance penetration
  • Ensure the availability of finance Options at Studio Dealers through Digital Retail Finance Option to ensure that loan approval for all customers happen on the spot
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreement by Financiers by improving login to approval TAT and ensuring fast disbursal

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
