Manages activities of revenue team to ensure that revenue is recognized in accordance with Corporate policies and SEC standards. Manage and resolve internal customer inquiries Manages a professional staff. 

Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate reporting of revenue activities for Oracle Corporation. Directs staff activities to ensure accurate processing of all revenue related activities in accordance with corporate policies and Service Legal Agreements. Includes reconciliation of receivables and unearned accounts and processing of revenue impacting adjustments. Develop, manage, and implement systems to improve departmental processes and procedures. Work closely with other organizations to ensure that system enhancements and business processes are implemented. Identify, propose and initiate implementation of system enhancements and business process improvements. Develop and maintain relationships with key players internally and in local countries. Acts as a liaison with key personnel of the revenue cycle in the IeBC, Division, and local country levels to ensure business needs are met. May train employees on system and process upgrades and/or changes 

Coordinates the daily activities of a work group, setting priorities to ensure task completion. Provides technical/functional leadership as well as first line supervision, but does not have hire/fire authority. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of accounting practices. Strong understanding of transactional impacts. Oracle Financials and Excel knowledge is essential. AR/RA Experience. BA/BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Brief Position Description: 
Provides administrative support to customer data operations team – Install Base Operations by handling a Team of 10-12 Analysts/Sr Analysts /Lead Analysts . The team is responsible to work on both Hardware and Software activities like License Assignment, Migration , Shelving, Contract Corrections, Terminations , Customer Support Identifier Activities in both Install Base and OKS applications. 

 Responsibilities include: 
o    Team Management/People Management

  1. Maintain Employee Performance Score Cards and share the same with LOB Leader on Monthly Basis
  2. Having Monthly One-on-One with Team Members on their performance; 
  3. Documenting the discussion;Roll out action items.
  4. Quarterly performance discussions with the team and updated in HCM
  5. .Ensure career progression discussions are done every quarter
  6. Act as a mentor and help the employees in grooming their skills, expand their knowledge ,develop new competencies

o    Provides Expert Process Knowledge Support to Team on queries coming up for License Assignment, Migration , Shelving, Contract Corrections, Terminations , Customer Support Identifier Activities
o    Actively engaged in all the process improvements 
o    Stakeholder engagement is a key requirement
o    Should be a Leader who sets standards and leads by example on all attributes displaying Oracle Business Values. 
o    Should be proficient in Typing Skills that enable him to be quick on Microsoft Office Applications. Should be well versed with data analysis, business communication and Reporting. Completely hands on 
o    Should be able to Motivate Team to enable Maximum Production with Available Resources. 
o    Should be open to working in ANY SHIFTS and should be open to working 24*7*365.

Additional Details: 
•    Graduate with minimum 4 Years of Team Handling Experience. 
•    Handled Team of Size 8 or more. 
•    Experience with Quarterly, Monthly & Annual Appraisals of his/her Directs. 
•    Work Allocation Experience. 
•    Ability to strategize is critical so as to ensure Work Tasks are completed within set timelines and also plans ahead for future spikes with Manpower in contention. 
•    Organize Team Building Activities regularly in order to Motivate Team. 
•    Excellent on Inter Personal skills. 
•    Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; in specific Excel and Word. 
•    Excellent Reporting Skills. 
•    Dynamic Individual who’s open to change at short span of notice if applicable. 
•    Should be okay with all shifts including over night shifts or AMER time zones
