  • Developing and implementing safety policies for preventing work place injuries.
  • Conducted regular safety audits and presented reports to the management.
  • Ensuring all Legal regulations concerning EHS are implementing in the execution of the project.
  • Developed and maintaining safety programs to improve employee safety performance
  • Preparing site HSE plans, Risk Assessments, emergency response & evacuation plans.
  • Daily site inspection & correspondence to concerned line management.
  • Conducting induction training, toolbox talk, periodic trainings, mock drills, PPE awareness & 5S training for workers.
  • Documentation as per local statutory authority and as per ISO9000, ISO14000, OSHAS 18000.
  • Incident reporting & investigation.
