JOB TITLE : Senior Team Member, Procurement Operations in Shared Services Centre 
JOB ROLES :
·Responsible for sourcing of MRO, Bulk, Services, and general Admin materials  
·Process purchase requisitions, conduct RFQ process, interact with vendors for 
quote/negotiation  
·Prepare comparative statement and submit for approvals  
·Perform internal/ external follow up to ensure the purchase requirement are 
understood from user and communicated to vendor.  
·Ensure that the commercial and general terms and conditions are understood and 
communicated to vendor 
·Convert Purchase requisitions to purchase orders and share PO with vendor ensuring 
compliance factors 
·Participate in issue resolution discussions with vendor 
·Create and maintain vendor data base. Coordinate with VDFE teams for master data 
creation and maintenance  
·Create and maintain rate contracts in SAP. 


Requirements

Graduates with ~3-5 years of relevant experience in Source to Pay processes 
·Proficiency in material procurement i.e. Indirect and/or Direct. 
·Procurement of Material buying i.e. understanding user requirement, vendor paneling, 
running RFQ process, Tabulation of Quotes and prepare comparative statement. 
·Experience in Sourcing up to 50 Lacs of PR value  
·Preferred experience in Steel/Metal/Mining industry or Shared Services operations   
·User experience in SAP MM or any other ERP and MS Office suits. 
·Exception management and query resolution skill
