Roles and Responsibilities
  • Must be able to do financial planning and yearly forecasting of the organization.
  • Negotiate with the bank to avail loan facilities.
  • Candidate should have proficiency in Cash and cheque deposition with Bank reconciliation: Daily reconciliation and required entries posted in  Tally/Zoho books
  • Have knowledge about accounts payable, Bookkeeping, vendor accounts, Maintaining Fixed asset records, Reimbursement, Filing of GST, TDS filings
  • Looking after entire Compliances of GST with Payment, Computation & Returns.
  • Handle taxation and related statutory compliance work such as Income Tax, GST, TDS, Provident Fund, Labor Welfare Board, etc.
  • Should have proven knowledge of Bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, with current standards, laws, and regulations.
  • Right candidate should have experience of all accounting activities like billing, taxation, filing returns of GST, TDS, Finalization of Books and related activities.
  •   Test the operation and tweak the design of existing
    financial controls

  •  Maintain and cultivate a master inventory of our
    businesses policies, practices, and processes

  •  Improve customer care by initiating improvements
    to the financial control and auditing process

  •  Perform inquiries and testing as needed to
    identify and resolve vulnerabilities

  •  Develop new audit programs to ensure adequate
    financial controls

  •  Plan internal client meetings and oversee
    financial disclosures

  • Make recommendations to financial management
    about software, policies and audit triggers
     
  • ?Create and update internal audit plan


Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Should have knowledge of all the government compliances, taxation like GST, TDS, etc. is required.

2. Should have prior experience in tally & basic knowledge of MS Excel like Vlookup, Filters etc.

3. Good communication skills both written & oral.

4. Should be a quick learner, systematic & organized.

5. Working Knowledge in Tally ERP & Advanced Excel is a must.

6. Working Knowledge in Zoho Books will be an added advantage.
