We are looking for Consultants / Senior Consultants / Managers for Customer Strategy and Applied Design team, focused on Strategy & Operations.  The role involves responsibility for being a part of/leading a work stream or module on a large-scale project or overall delivery lead in case of short term/ small scale engagement. Candidates should be able to demonstrate professional experience and knowledge, coupled with strong technical background to help define and execute/contribute to end-to-end cross-functional projects.

Role/Responsibilities include ability to:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Certifications ? Google: Professional Cloud Architect ? PMP or Prince 2 Certification
• 7+ years in a customer facing role working with enterprise clients
• Working Experience in Program Management on technical cross-functional projects.
• Experience in a software focused program/project management and in the business technology market in IaaS, PaaS, cloud computing and/or emerging technologies.
• Comfortable talking about technical things with business people and business things with technical people. Able to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences.
• Experience in understanding of architecting and developing large scale distributed systems on Cloud.
• Experience in Managing project schedules, identifying possible issues and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders.
• Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-facing experience of discovery, assessment, execution, and operations.
• Willingness to travel around 30%-40 Should have done the below activities for any technology project like Java development, Data migration, SAP, Cloud migration, modernization in Cloud, etc]
• Should have prior experience delivering against SOW/Contract
• Should have prior experience performing startup, Execute and Closure of projects [ Activities under each phase]
• Should have knowledge of Project Mgmt Tools [Workspace/Office 365, other tools like JIRA] & Deliverables [ Project plan, Status reports, RAID log etc]
• Should have prior experience managing complex projects [ Senior stakeholders, cloud programs, distributed & multi cultural teams]
• Should have excellent written and verbal comm skills, and ability to articulate risks ,status and business cases to senior stake holders
• Facilitate Decision making process within the project ecosystem [ example design decisions, risk mitigation decisions etc]
