Finance & Performance is a set of offerings that assist finance executives with assessing their finance strategy and vision, and helps design and implement change to their finance organization, process and systems to improve the overall value of finance.

 

Work you’ll do

 

The primary role is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients’

competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.

 

To do this, One should must perform the following activities:

 

  • The Team is responsible for end-to-end project management activities such as project reporting, project planning, issue/risk identification and tracking, scope management, estimation, client management, relationship management and other project documentation preparation.
  • Serves as a liaison between internal clients and other stakeholders to ensure delivery of small to medium scale projects on time, within budget, and to specification.
  • Manages communication with the business at a detailed functional level and discusses/resolves issues.
  • Manages client expectations and ensures project delivery is in conformance with company methodologies.
  • Proactively manages a small to medium-sized team of project managers.
  • Provides guidance on business and technical subject matter to associates.
  • Manages projects via creation and maintenance of project plans, work breakdown structures, schedule effort estimation and tracking.
  • Conducts status meetings and facilitates issues resolution and risk mitigation. Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
  • Recommends enhancements to project management tools/techniques and company methodologies.  
  • Manages a small to medium-sized project management team. Responsible for the achievement of team goals and objectives.

o Preparing MIS reports and Status reports

o Knowledge management and organizing trainings

o Document Management o Risk and Issue tracking

o Facilitating team collaboration and communication

o Escalating issues to Leadership in a timely manner Stakeholder management

 

Skills • Overall 4 to 8 years of professional experience in the IT industry, of which at least 2 years should have been in a PMO role

• Understanding of Project management methodologies and models (Waterfall and Agile)

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

• Attention to detail

• Negotiation skills

• Critical Thinking

• Task Management
