Senior Consultant

• Engineer, Design, Develop and Build Office 365 suits specially SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Office 365 Groups, Yammer etc. prior to deployment to production
• Engineer products in line with all Architectural and Governance standards and controls
• Ensure all solutions are engineered and built with Security and Records Management standards at the forefront
• Ensure all relevant documentation is written and authored.
• Use the SDLC tooling and processes to manage the design, build and test phases of the lifecycle
• Design, Document and develop Azure Automation runbook, logic apps and functions to implement SharePoint online automation related work.
• Design, Document and deliver SharePoint Online and OneDrive for business engineering work as per the agreement with Architects and Engineering team.
• Liaison with Unstructured Data committee and attendance of meetings required to appraise other teams on migration related work and finalized associated Engineering work.
• Document and tracks any risks, issues, dependencies in relation to the SPO or ODfB deliverables and ensures that they are tracked within the Project RAID log and either resolves or escalates as appropriate.
• Actively supports achievement of Bank’s/Division’s strategy, plans and values, and ensures that they maintain a clear understanding and ongoing alignment of activities with the organisation’s priorities.

• Track the implementation of releases/deployments; accelerate agile adoption, provide regular and reliable reporting of relevant data to meet management requirements.
• Proactively engage Major Incident Management and maintain effective communications with stakeholders during downtime events.  Assist with resolution efforts and perform root cause analysis as needed on major incidents.

Experience/Exposure

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in designing and SharePoint Development specially, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for business, Migration from  SharePoint 2010/2013 to SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Flow etc. using server side and client side development.
• Strong understanding of cloud design, security aspects, Infrastructure design, Firewall, Web/App servers etc.
• Hands on experience on setting up Records Management, eDiscovery, AIP/MIP Labels in multi geo tenants.
• Hands on experience on PowerShell, C#, Web developments, SPFX, Azure Development, Rest API, SQL, Migration tools like ShareGate, Quest or DocAve.
• Strong experience on using different SDLC tools like Jira, bit bucket, Artifactory, Confluence, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment   etc.
• Hands on client side development using React or Angular, ECMA scripts, test driven development using Typescript etc.
