What you will do
Managing and driving a team supporting the Security Administration
- Administer and maintain user and group security to company wide applications with a high degree of accuracy including: Proces sing of Requests, Service Restoration and Support of Entitlement Reviews and remediation of exceptions
- Work as a product owner and manage the agile workflow for team
- Attending various business meetings to grab the requirement and sharing regular updates with stakeholders
- Designing tech and functional specs
- Participation in Quality and code reviews
- Understand and enforce General Computing Controls
- Communicate with end users through multiple intake requests systems
- Develop and maintain procedure documentation
- Identify security administration deficiencies, recommend improvements, and assist to implement corrective action
- Execution of month end reporting
- Managing and attending On-call responsibilities when assigned
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due t o the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so.
You will bring
Leads the development, deployment, awareness, implementation, and compliance of Tools Management process for allocated accounts
- Facilitates the Tools requirement from respective representative from SRF, Assurance teams, D&P, Engineering and MSIP for respective account/customer
- Participates in internal and external Governance meetings and present Tools performance.
- Drives initiatives and automations to improve Tools performance Qualification:
Education: BE/B.Tech.
Minimum years of relevant experience: 5-8years
