Our India Innovation program primarily focuses on bringing innovation to India business lines and other internal functions. We believe that transformational technologies leader, such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, robotics, and data analytics have the potential to disrupt our business solutions. Work you’ll do

 

As a Senior Executive  in the Innovation team, you’ll be responsible for demonstrating and facilitating projects. You will work on analyzing various startups and their offerings, creation of assets, project management aiming to optimize operating cost of the firm and other eminence activities for Innovation.

 

Responsibilities and Qualifications required for the job

 

  • Working closely with the business teams to execute the firm’s innovation agenda while reporting to the Chief Innovation officer
  • Facilitating engagements with project teams, management, and stakeholders
  • Creating data insights, program reports and presentations for the leadership
  • Ensuring consistent implementation of innovation methodology, tools, and reporting at country, regional and global level
  • Facilitate internal functions in creation of business case for new solutions development
  • Effectively managing multiple tasks and stakeholders of all levels by prioritizing urgency and importance
  • Continuously building and strengthening relationships with business and internal stakeholders
  • Candidate should possess/be pursuing Business administration/Engineering from a reputed institute
  • Strong analytical, complex problem- solving, conceptual skills, task prioritization, follow-up, tenacity, creativity, and service orientation skills
  • Sound understanding of technologies (architecture, cloud, tech stacks, etc.)
  • Passionate about leveraging technology for use cases
  • Ability to lead meetings and initiatives
  • Ability of communicate effectively across written, verbal and presentation formats to a variety of audiences
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, access, word, Visio, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent people skills and ability to work with diverse teams of different skill sets and backgrounds
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to initiate
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and a collaborative working style
