Job Description

Role:

Leadership role in Design, Development and Evaluation of Automotive HVAC system and related Interior Parts 

Responsibility:

  • Conceptualization, Layout, Design and Development of HVAC system & related Interior Parts
  • SPEC Determination, Testing and Evaluation of Components and   

   Sub system

  • Cost & Weight Optimization through VA-VE and Benchmarking
  • Coordination with Vendor / Related Agencies for design and

   Development Activities

  • Addressing the quality Issues from Production and Market 

Competency Required:

Technical/Functional Competency:

  • Experience in Heat load calculations of HVAC system
  • Experience of Design /Develop/Test HVAC system and related Interior parts  
  • Able to Analyze/ Initiate countermeasure for Quality issues
  • Able to work on DMU /3D Modeling/2D Drawing
  • Able to design & develop battery thermal management system
  • Cabin Air quality management

Specific Expertise:

  • Experience in HVAC systems Design & development with Automotive OEMs
  • Should have experience of working on Unigraphics etc.
  • Understanding of Applicable Regulation &Testing requirements

Educational qualification:

  • B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engg.
  • M.E/ M.Tech in Thermal (Mechanical) Engg (preferred)
